MyBillDash can send invoices straight to your client's inbox — with a PDF attached and a link so they can view it in their browser.
Go to Invoices and click on the invoice you want to send. If it's still a draft, make sure all line items and the due date are correct before sending.

Click the Send Invoice button. A send dialog will appear.

The dialog shows:
Make any changes you need, then click Send.

After sending, the invoice status changes to Sent and a timestamp is recorded. You can see this in the invoice detail.

When your client pays, open the invoice and click Mark as Paid. Your dashboard outstanding balance updates automatically.

Tip: If a client hasn't paid by the due date, you can resend the invoice from the same screen — just click Send Invoice again and optionally add a polite reminder note.
