These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MyBillDash ("the Service"), operated by MyBillDash ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
MyBillDash provides online invoicing and quoting software for freelancers and small businesses. You may use the Service only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@mybilldash.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
MyBillDash offers a free plan with usage limits and a paid subscription ("Premium"). Premium plan pricing is displayed on the Pricing page. Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. No refunds are provided for partial months.

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service (clients, invoices, quotes, etc.). We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We take reasonable steps to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.
We aim to keep the Service available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or events outside our control may cause downtime. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned outages.
MyBillDash and its content (software, design, trademarks, documentation) are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you. You grant us a limited licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
The Service integrates with third-party providers including Stripe (payments) and Resend (email delivery). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the actions or failures of third parties.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or that any financial documents generated will satisfy your legal or tax obligations. Always seek qualified professional advice for tax and accounting matters.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or by a notice in the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
