Creating an invoice in MyBillDash takes less than a minute once your client is saved. Here's the full walkthrough.
From the dashboard or the Invoices section, click + New Invoice.

Start typing the client's name in the Client field and select them from the dropdown. Their billing address fills in automatically.
If this is a new client, click Add new client to create them on the spot.

The invoice date defaults to today. Set a Due Date — e.g. 14 or 30 days from today — so your client knows when payment is expected.

Click Add Item and fill in:
The line total and invoice total update automatically. Add as many items as you need.

Use the Notes field for anything your client needs to know — payment instructions, project reference numbers, or a thank-you message.
Click Save Invoice to save a draft, or Save & Send to email it to your client straight away. You can also download a PDF to send yourself.
